Overall, the refinishing part was done very professionally and we are happy with their work but disapointed with their after-sale customer service is poor or they are so busy that they could not call to tell us their could not keep their appointment. We have never had real wood floors and concerned that we are not keeping them up correctly. Needless to say, we found another company that was able to tell us what to do.

Beautiful work, and the wood matched existing maple flooring very well. They even helped for free with a minor issue that I caused moving furniture back in. Great company and workmanship!
