I've had Miles Automotive do several major repairs to my Corvette brake system, steering system, air conditioning system, electrical system and miscellaneous things. This time I took the car in for a 500 mile check-up of the new air conditioning system and they immediately diagnosed that I was having a problem with my serpentine belt, which they replaced on the spot.
Each time I've had my Corvette in to them they were very professional, did the work in a timely manner, and charged what I consider to be reasonable prices for their work. They didn't at all try to sell me up with things I didn't really need in order toincrease the bills. In fact, they are quite conservative, only replacing parts if needed.
My first experience with Miles Automotive was when I took my 1990 Chevy 4X4 truck in for an air conditioning conversion to the newer freon system. It turned out that the kit they used included an O-ring that was ever so slightly too large. A few days later the hose popped off, spewing freon all over the engine compartment. When I let them know of the problem, they immediately took the truck back in and made it good.
Ryan, the owner, is very meticulous and does excellent work. Every time I've had one of my vehicles in to them I've been very pleased with their work. And they stand behind it!
