In 2021 they replaced the main pan and said the new pump that was installed would take care of the water and the drain that was on the pan would not be necessary so they disconnected it. When they came out on Saturday before the 4th of July Hunter said the secondary pan had filled up because the 4x4 that the machine was sitting on had tipped so the top pan had tilted and water went into the second pan which didn't have a drain destroying the ceiling again. Hunter also said he straightened the 4x4 and cleaned the second pan and looked at the old disconnected drain. He suggested we have someone come instal a new drain and strap the machine to the 4x4. He said the pump should work until I had those things done. I came home late Sunday to a hugh puddle of water and a bigger wet spot on the ceiling. Now my ceiling has twice as much to be repaired and also the floor is probably ruined! My homeowners insurance is hopefully going to pay for the damage but I have to pay a $1000 deductible besides the $290 I paid on the 2nd. I will never use them again and would not recommend them either!

It wasn't cheap because my unit was no longer under warranty, but we count on their expertise. They did everything on time and I'll definitely use them again.

The most important part of my evaluation is my statement that I will be using them again.

It takes about 20 minutes for the check-up to be completed and they left the area clean, fine.  They checked a bunch of parameters on the system and they seem to know what they're doing; they give me a report.  I started using them about nine and a half years ago.  They installed the system.  For that overall grade, I would give them a B for that.  Mostly it was two people who came to complete that service, but at one point I think there were three and it took about four days.  They left the area clean, fine.

I got the unit from them and they do the annual check up. It only takes about 20 minutes to complete the service. They leave the area fine.  I am not sure what I am getting. They check a bunch of perimeters in the system and they seem to know what they are doing. They give me a report. So, I guess I would say that they are relatively quick and responsive.

I've only used them pretty exclusively and they've always been able to correct an abnormality that I may have in my system and give me good advise.

We've used them from time to time.

We would use them in the future. We're using them for the annual check-up.

I've had them come 2 or 3 times in the last 5 or 6 years. They're a little expensive but they're efficient.

I have worked with Randy and Elsie from Jahnke heating for several years to service all 21 of my rentals.  They have consistently performed to the highest standards.  I have used at least 3 different HVAC providers for my rentals in the past 10 years and can say Jahnke's team has done the best job for me.

The technician and staff are professional, courteous, responsive, helpful and answer all my questions.

The workers were very nice and professional. They left the area very clean. They are the only ones in the area qualified to do the service and that's the only reason I would use them again. Other than that, I wouldn't.

The first two times it took several days for them to provide a technician who could identify the actual problem. They sent someone out, he didn't know, so the next day someone else would come and take a guess. Both times we dealt with at least four different technicians and the issue took over a week to resolve. Their technicians have very weak people skills were unable to explain basic HVAC functions to me when I asked. When the unit started malfunctioning a second time time (since it's installation 7 months prior) we had resolved not to use them again but the owner begged us for one more chance and told us we wouldn't be charged for labor. They sent a technician we'd met before and who seemed to be the most knowledgable, but it was a very similar scenario. We were told one day that the problem was 'definitely not the wiring' but a part that needed ordered. They showed up the next day, replaced the part, then decided 'it's the wiring'. We have paid them, but we continue to receive bills from them claiming we haven't paid. We have repeatedly contacted them to provide them with check numbers and dates but receive snarky responses back. I wish we'd never used their service.

They offered me a payment plan which was really kind of them to do. They were very attentive and explanatory. They are very punctual and reliable as well. They also followed up with a phone call and offered additional help if needed

We have used them for a long time. They are pretty nice and they do good work. Their price is pretty good.
