They are good on price and scheduling.

I have nothing bad to say about them.  They were more available than the people we had contacted.  They brought the materials the day before and then showed up the next day and did the roof.  The only problem was with scheduling because they don't work when it rains.

Sears Home Improvement rep said our roof was shot and would cost $13,000 to replace. Our realtor recommended East Linn Roofing. Ron Housen Sr and Jr came out within an hour after contacting them. Ron Jr. said there was nothing wrong with our roof. I asked what it would cost to replace the roof and he said about $8000. Needless to say, I'd never go with Sears.
The problem was with the way the false chimney had been installed. Cost for removal of the chimney and patching the roof - $1000. Money well spent!
Ron Jr showed me what was happening and said the rock installer should have been shot as they did a horrible job, thus the reason for the leaking roof and damage to the ceiling.
I'd recommend East Linn Roofing to anyone needing roof work, whether repairs or a complete replacement. They work fast and efficiently, and clean everything up very nicely when finished.

This was an all around positive experience. Ron Housen Sr. was very responsive and punctual in arriving for the initial onsite roof measurement and bid. He later answered all my questions I had prior to initiating the work and explained in detail the aspects of how professionally and technically correct the install would occur. We scheduled about 3 weeks in advance and they started on the morning of the day Ron stated they would begin. The work team consisted of 4+ workers including Ron Jr. who is their supervisor/crew leader. They are all efficient and respectful experienced workers who work well together and clean up as the work progresses. Took them about 1.5 days to complete our 2,900 sq. ft. roof and when they left we had a beautiful new roof. They even added 2 additional roof vents at my request and did not charge us extra.
I checked other bids in the area and they were all substantially more cost for similar products and those companies didn't seem to want to accommodate my specific requests as well.
Please take the time to contact these folks when you are needing a new roof or repairs to an existing one - they will do good and affordable work for you!

Very professional and very quick with their work. Were very considerate and made the process very easy for us, as we all know any kind of house repair can be stressful and this was completely stress free.
. Cleaned everything up and stayed until the job was done and they finished in a day and came back the next day just to finish up some loose ends. A plus to all this is they were also less than the other estimates we received. I know of other people that have been pleased with their work also and they were highly recommended to us.

Their price was lower than most of the bids. Most of the bids I got were over $4000. The only thing I had a problem with is that they nailed it. They did use magnets to pick up the nails in the driveway but they did not get them all up and I ended up with a lot of flat tires. The quality of work was excellent. They came the same day that I called and gave me an estimate. As soon as I got the other estimate and checked it all out I called them and they came right out. They brought the supplies they needed and put them on the roof. They did really good job. Since the house was built 30 years ago we did not have as many vents as they require today. They put all of the additional vents in that we needed. Where the roof was raised, which was several places, they nailed it back down. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.
