I called Tom on a Saturday morning and he had his entire day booked up. However, Tom was very patient with me on the phone and gave me enough information that I could diagnose it as a faulty circuit board on my own. So I went down to Vegas and got a new board at Campout Inc. and was back in business in a few hours with minimal expense.

Will parked at a County Park our electrical system blew out, I called Tom and told him what happened he showed up as promised checked system and found a power resistor blower out in the engine compartment of our motor home.
He explained what caused it and what to do to prevent it from happening again.
This happened on a late afternoon, after cal two other repair sources who refused to come out at that time be cause they were closing. Tom did not hesitate to help.
I highly recommend this repair service
