Did a great job, am planning to use them on a major remodel.

I contacted the plumber at their shop in the morning and told them exactly what I wanted. He arrived that afternoon, removed the old fixture and installed the new one in about 2 hours. No muss. No fuss. No mess and they are pleasant.

They did really great work. They were courteous. The fellow who was here was really nice and thorough. He cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them.

They not only replaced our water heater but also educated us to the fact that I was looking at may be getting an on demand water heater which is gas water heater. It basically doesn't store water in the tank but heats in when I use it so it consumes a lot of gas very quickly but only when I need the hot water and they are more energy efficient. They educated me and I really didn't want to do that. They would have to get a permit and run a new gas line from the street to the house which would add several thousand dollars to the cost. They said if I was building a new house and hadn't run my gas line yet, then it would make sense. They replaced our gas water heater and hauled away the old one.
