The technician was friendly and professional. He was able fix the problem and took the time to explain the issue to me. The office was prompt in scheduling my service and was even able to come earlier when they got done with another customer sooner than anticipated. They provided me with updates throughout the day of the service so that I knew when to expect the technician.

Completed work in one day. Friendly and professional staff. Exceptional overall price. They accidentally knocked my mailbox off it’s post and replaced it more securely than it’s original installation.

These guys were fantastic! Our furnace went out right during the coldest days of the year, all other companies were telling us that they couldn't come out for a week or more, but Jason squeezed us into his extremely busy schedule because he knew that our family was freezing in our own house. His guy came out that same day, identified the problem, and of course the board he would need he would need to order, so his guy showed me how to trick-start the furnace by by-passing the board, so our family could live in comfort again. The furnace went out another 3 or 4 times, but the trick worked, and we kept our home warm until they were able to come out and permanently fix the problem…only a few days later!
Thanks to them for recognizing how desperate we were and caring enough to help us out despite he being swamped with work. The price was beyond fair, they didn't even charge us for the preliminary visit after which we were able to stay warm, even though I asked him to. A lesser company would have killed us on the price, given our desperate situation, Focus came through for us in every way!
Great guys, great service, compassionate and professional all around.
I would highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future…

We thought we needed to replace the furnace. A different company told us as much. Jason came out and puzzled on it for a bit and then fixed it for us at a fraction of the cost of replacement. He explained everything and, perhaps most importantly, didn't badmouth the other company's technicians. He said, "We all make mistakes and I am glad I was able to get your furnace working again." UPDATE: 12/2/2014 Almost a year from his cheaper repair and the furnace is still going! Thanks!

We were very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them.

We got four bids; Jason is the only person who actually went under the house. He was totally professional and there was no doubt which person we wanted. He came with his helper and did the work in one day. It was very comfortable having them in the house. I also liked the electrician he used. There was a problem with the thermostat module; he came back Monday and replaced it. I would unhesitatingly recommend him.

Very well. Unit performed as adversed. Major tax credits were accepted. One small credit failed to materize.

Jason came on time, called ahead to confirm, brought everything he needed and did the work neatly. Explained how the new thermostat worked and left instructions. Gave me a quote on other work.

Everything consistently turns out beautiful and the bill is exactly what was quoted. We don't even bother calling anyone else anymore.
