I really appreciated all the work done by Ron -- from start to finish.  He took the time and trouble to understand what our needs were -- and then worked everything out, step-by-step to suit our needs.  Ron worked long hours and did a lot of hard work to get things done on a schedule that he knew I needed.  He was punctual -- and always kept his word on when he would come -- and let me know exactly what he would be doing each time.  I was amazed that he worked on almost all this ALONE.  
Here's what he did:
Demolished floor areas that were water-damaged, and replaced this with fresh boards
Removed and replaced the linoleum in the kitchen and mud room
Organized workers who came in to put back all the appliances, cabinets etc
Removed and re-carpeted the living room and home office
Finished all the edges with strips and whatever was needed
Took out and put back furniture from each room
Put back the "belly" paper and insulation under the house, as well as connected with the plumbed when he detected a leak in the new system.
The finished results -- and the "finishing touches" were excellent.  I am enjoying the results of his hard work.
Most of all, I must say I appreciated Ron's honesty, and thoughtfulness for my 91-year old Mom and myself. He helped mitigate a situation that was extremely stressful for the two of us.   I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone who asks.  And I fully intend to use him for other projects in my home as well.  Thank you Ron (and your "helper" too!)

We called Ron out to bid our bathroom remodels and kitchen back splash. Not only did he give us a bid but he was very helpful in picking out materials and refering us to suppliers. Ron was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He was timely on his schedule and always left having cleaned up after his daily work. Ron basically gutted both upstairs bathrooms and refinished them in beautiful tiles on floors and walls. He also arranged for electrical and drywall people as needed. Ron is very professional and takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend Elegant Finishes for any of your tile work. Great job!!!!
