He did a great job. He didn't come by to give the estimate. I thought his price was a little high. He hasn't gotten back to me. I wouldn't use him in the future, because I don't think he is dependable.

Dave came out after we had thought we had contacted a different "Dave's Handyman Service" that we previously had good experiences with. Even though he was not who we expected, he demonstrated a confidence about how to complete the work. He emailed us with an estimate for $500 and we responded by email and phone with our acceptance. This was the point where things went poorly...after some initial phone tag he did not respond to our contact for about 2-3 weeks. We had already started searching for another company to complete the work when he did reach us and apologize profusely for his lack of contact. Because we had no other leads and due to his initial good impression we went with him to do the work. The rest of our experience with him was positive and he successfully completed the work for us in a timely way. He was professional and pleasant in his interactions with us, cleaned up after his work very well and spent his time working diligently on the task at hand. I would use him again and recommend him to others for handyman tasks.
