+ -1 moreIn general it was really good and positive. They were a couple of glitches but in general it was a very good job. They are very competent. They subcontractors were good, particularly the tile worker. The price was average.

+ -1 moreTheir bid is a little higher than the one I'm using. The problem is we're not comparing apples to apples, it takes a spreadsheet to find out where they are in relation to each other. Even though I thought he was higher, in the end I think the 3 bids I got were actually the same. I liked him a lot, he was really on top of things. He went out right away and got a lot of information. He was very helpful. I would have used him.
Description of Work: Seeley's Construction gave me a bid for building a new house.

+ -1 moreWhen the plans were completed to our satisfaction, Mr. Seeley obtained the necessary permits and signed a contract with us. He proceeded without pause. He provided all the materials needed to build the complete project in a timely manner, as well as a quality project. All schedules were met. He handed us the keys before Christmas, as promised. We will use him again if the need arises.
Description of Work: He was able to provide us with all facets of what we needed to put together to add on to our house as well as two other rooms.
