The provider was asked to do work on my car. They said that it would be done by the end of the day. It was not and they wouldn't let me take it home unless I paid for the work, even though it wasn't finished. They replaced the actuator but it caused other functions of the car to go wrong. I had to go down to the shop personally and talk to the owner to get any of my services done. There customer service - receptionist - was very unprofessional on both the phone and in person.
It was the worse experience I have had in working with any service provider - for any service!
