He is available when ever anything happens. He is very patient, explains everything to us, and has great customer service.

Everything went great. I have used this company several times. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to explain everything in great detail which was very nice of him. He even came out on a Sunday to make sure that my computer was up and running on Monday.
