They did some very hard work for a reasonable price. In cutting down one large stump they did more than I asked them to do. I am very satisfied with the results. Also, they are a pleasure to work with. I would hire them again.

Jim and Gus arrived at the appointed time with appropriate equipment for the various tasks and ready to go directly to work. They were amazingly efficient and did an excellent job with everything listed. They really stay on task and are constantly working with such precision and focus that there is absolutely no waste of time. My property has never looked so well groomed as it does today. They hauled the trash and even swept the driveway on their way out and their fees are reasonable. I will definitely use The Recyclers again. Thanks, guys. Karen

Great customer service and fast response time. They were very fast and friendly. What I thought would have taken them a couple of hours only took about one hour. Plus they did an excellent job cleaning up after loading up the trailer. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

Jim and Gus responded immediately to give an estimate, quoted a fair price and got to work right away. The home owner had an impressive collection of debris inside and outside of the home. The estate sales company had deposited the non-sellable items in the back yard and it was stacked six feet high. Jim, Gus and their crew worked long and hard getting everything loaded on their trailer and hauled away and even took on more tasks as they were uncovered.

We are a business in West Eugene that has used Jim and Gus for nearly 20 years. We collect the items that we want taken away for a period of time and then call them to do the job. I would not even consider using a different company. Jim and Gus are friendly, punctual and very efficient. They are always fairly priced.

Called Jim on a Saturday (non business day) and he answered the phone and happily talked to me about the job I needed done. Booked me into his schedule with an estimated price based on my description. Got a call a week earlier than the schedule that they had an opening and could fit me in. I hopped on the chance to get my old hot tub and junk on the side of the house hauled away. They showed up on time with a trailer and all the tools necessary to get the job done. Once they saw the task at hand I added in some more things for them to haul away and we agreed upon a price. We shook hands and they went straight to work. Jim, Gus, and Billy were extremely hard working, polite, professional, and took time and care to get the job done efficiently and effectively. The took out the hot tub and recycled everything out of it they could, not just tossing it all in the dump (which I appreciate). They cleaned up the site after they were done. Extremely happy with their service and a would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get anything hauled away. The side of my house and patio hasn’t looked better. Thank you!

Jim was very quick to schedule our haul and his crew and him showed up with quite the task to undertake but never said we can’t do it, it was always “we’ll figure something out!”. They disassembled and hauled off an old RV that had been abandoned on our property for years that no other company wanted to take on. He was negotiable and reasonable with pricing, and his crew was very kind and courteous.

Very well! They get here on time or a few min early ready to work. Our equipment is heavy but these guys bring the tools they need to quickly get it loaded up and they take it to be recycled. We appreciate the service being available, because often we are calling only a few hours ahead of when we need a job done and they have been able to accommodate us every time. That's great service.

They don't put restrictions on what they will take away like other companies do! They arrive ready to work, and go the extra mile to make sure the area is tidy and clean before leaving. they were running a little behind schedule but called an hour in advance to inform me instead of leaving me wondering. I really appreciated that. They were quick with the loading and went above and beyond by cleaning up the area that I was clearing out. Friendly and reasonably priced. Only quirk was that I thought they were coming to give me an estimate but they arrived ready to do the job.

Amazing. These guys pay so much attention to detail. They are haulers and recyclers and they donate much of what they find, butI actually found them to be MORE careful, MORE conscientious, and MORE methodical than ANY movers I've ever worked with. It's not cheap but they stuck with the estimate so I didn't feel taken by suprised, especially because they did each and every last thing they said they were going to and they even made sure I did a walk-through at the end. They even used the leaf blower on the patio to make it all look tidy in the end.

They arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and neatly, and asked for clarification on those items that could be donated to Goodwill but in no way would fit in my car. My "storage area" is under the house, contained those saved boxes that we all think will need in the future but never do, and since many dated back 20 years, lots of Styrofoam peanuts and packing materials that are clearly recyclable through the normal routes. I felt that the price charged was appropriate since much of what was hauled away needed additional processing
