Superior Tree Service

The actual process of removing the trees was great. Vince offered a good price, and the team was on time, professional, and efficient. However, I did not realize until months later that they had destroyed much of my irrigation system. Perhaps I should have realized that underground PVC pipes would be at risk from the large, falling rounds. However, Vince did not alert me to this possibility, and the team did nothing to mitigate this. When I turned the sprinkler system on for the summer, I found 6 places where my PVC lines had been crushed, and needed replacement. What's more, I found that the team had actually crushed one of my sprinkler heads, and replaced it without informing me. I had to do a great deal of digging, repairing, and testing to get things working again, which was a nightmare. They must have known damage would be done, and the fact that they never told me feels both unprofessional and negligent.

Over the years we have had various tree services. It was time for a Hemlock to be cut out ( it was dying) and for several trees to be trimmed up. Superior Tree Service was one of the services companies that was recommended to us and we were very happy that we went with them.

Superior Tree Service was not only professional, but we have never had a tree service clean up as thoroughly as the did and with no damage to any of our landscape plants.

They removed the Hemlock, leaving the wood for us and trimmed up trees throughout the yard.

They were organized and the crew worked together to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner.

Several comments from our neighbors who watched the work being done;

• you don't have any damage to your fence
• boy. they sure work hard
• they were here when we went into town and were gone when we got home

So, yes we would use them again and we will recommend them to anyone who asks for a similar service.

removed a huge tree from my front yard. ~100 foot tall. Crew of 6 loggers worked all day cutting down this tree. On time. Clean up was extremely significant and done with care. I would hire Vince (owner) again and recommend Superioir tree service without hesitation.

The estimate was done the same day as requested. Vince called with a time his crew would be there. They arrived on time and finished within three hours. The job went smoothly, the tree was removed and all wood and debris removed from the lawn and surrounding area. The 3-man crew worked together well and were very polite.

I received a written estimate a week before the crew came out the following week. This tree is in neighbor's yard and limbs were hanging over my roof, dropping walnuts, dead limbs and making a mess. Fortunately I have great neighbors and they agreed to allow Superior Tree Service to trim those branches and limbs that were causing the problems on my side. They did an awesome job, very conscientious of tree, and great job of cleaning up debris. Great attitude also.
I would definitely hire them again.

I received a written estimate from the owner after he came out to look at the project. We scheduled the work for the following week. A 3 person crew came out and within a few hours had completed project including cutting a couple limbs off a neighbor's tree that were hanging down into my yard (I had the neighbor's permission). My yard was cleaned of all debris and none of my plants along the fence line were harmed.
The crew was friendly and answered all my questions, including some about a tree on my property.
I would definitely hire them again.

The owner's name is Vince. He explained exactly how the tree removal would be done and that the cleanup would be exceptional, and it was done just as he said. The cleanup was great and the team he worked with was enjoyable to have here. I think that the price was probably the going rate.
