Springfield Secure Storage

Going in I was a bit cautious. This was due in large part because the last place which I'd visited (Pad-N-Lock in Springfield) didn't go as well as it could have; the employee seemed bothered by customers. Her attitude was resigned and she was not forthcoming. There were three customers while I was there; none of us were greeted, let alone warmly. Enough about Pad-N-Lock. After checking out Springfield Secure Storage, I was delighted. The property is very well taken care of, is very clean, and the security system is high quality. I was able to get a great deal on a unit by taking advantage of a promotional offer. What impressed me most was the manager, Katherine. She was upbeat, professional, and focused on me. She attended to my questions and was genuinely interested in getting my business. Her kind and taking care of business approach coupled with the good rates gave me the satisfaction that I had chosen very well of where to place my trust... and my business.
