They came out same day. Cleared the hoses of a sock, a cat mouse toy, and lots of cat hair. Washer works great. Even got a 20 % discount from website for work.

Required numerous phone calls to get problems straightened out.

I moved and decided to buy from Sears . I bought a Washer , Dryer and a Micro Wave Convection oven. About 3 months later I had problems with the Washer. Someone came out on 10/2/13. Said he had to order a part. I received a call that the part was on back order, I told them when I was going on vacation not to deliver it then. I got home on 11/07/13. A 70 pound box was on my porch. It was the part. I called and was told someone would be in touch with a repair date. I got 2 computer calls telling me it would be repaired on 11/18/13. The day before I received a call telling me they would be here between 8 and 12. They never showed. I called and was told I had the apt and someone would call me back. They never called. I called again and was told they wouldn't make it to reschedule. I called again to complain and after telling what happened 3 times I was told by a very rude person I didn't have an apt on the 18th. I made 4 phone calls and never talked to anyone that spoke clear English. I asked to speak to someone in authority, never did. I asked that someone call me and make this right, they haven't as of yet. its been over 2 Months and my New Washer from Sears is still broke.
