I offered to pay them but they said that it’s okay. They came out and looked at it. They didn’t charge me anything. It turned out very well. They took time to explain things to me. I had some questions about possibly doing something in the future. They just didn’t come and go. They were really very good. Two people came out. They were both very knowledgeable. They were very generous with their time and very understanding. Some places would charge you automatically to come out. Like I said, when they found out there was no problem, they didn’t charge me anything.
