He does an amazing job. I use him with all of my rental properties and I haven?t used anyone else in about four years. He is efficient, very personable, and very knowledgeable about cleaning carpets. He has excellent equipment. He uses a very high temperature and the carpets look amazing even though I have three dogs and three small children. I just think he does an amazing job on carpets and he generally answers his phone or calls back right away. He is popular so I have to give him a few weeks notice.
