Chad and Shilo are great to work with.  They took their time understanding the look we wanted and provided some great suggestions.  We could not be happier with the new look of our kitchen lighting.
Communication was excellent and all work was timely manner.

I went down phone book looking for a contractor.  Called a number of them.  I actually got a human at Majestic.  That was a good sign as far as I was concerned.  The owner offered to visit the house and give an estimate.  I said sure, when.  He was in the area so within the hour he arrived.  
Upon arrival he suggested he come back later when he had some time to secure the pipe with the power cable in it, it was hanging off the house.  The main support had been ripped off of the wall.  I said sure, we walked around and he offered an estimate.  I told him lets do it, when can you do it.  He indicated it was really up to the power company, because the line had to be disconnected.  he then offered to take care of all of the problems, and basically make the fix turnkey for me.  He would call the inspectors, get things ready, and make sure all went smoothly.  I asked how much more that costs, and he said it costs nothing more.  I said yes.  Within a few days, the power company was ready to inspect.  He sent two people out, as they arrived the power company arrived, and removed power.  One dug a trench for grounding, while the other dealt with the power feed.  After they were done, they contacted the power company and they arrived in about 10 minutes.  Power was restored, and all was well...  While there the tech checked every contact in the fuse box for being loose.  he found one or two and tightened them.  He did not have to even have to check, he just did because it was something he could do...  That is nice to see now days.

Two electricians showed up on time and completed the work within the schedule they had provided. Excellent work and excellent cleanup done in a very professional manner. Highly recommended.

After months of being unhappy with my luck in finding reliable, professional contractors, i specifically joined Angie's list to see if it would help me find quality professionals. This was the first project I selected to try Angie's list for.
First, Chad Michaels and his crew at Majestic Works were awesome. They totally made the subscription to Angie's list pay for itself.
I started looking for media installation. That led me to Electricians. I searched through several and prioritized them based on the number of positive reviews they had.
Majestic Works was the only one that specifically listed Home Theater/media installation on their Angie's list page, as well as their web page, but I thought I'd call a few anyway. I called Majestic Works and two others on a Saturday, and i got the answering machine for all three. I left the same basic message on all of them. 
Chad from Majestic Works called me at 9:15am on the following Monday. Bonus for punctuality.
One of the others called me Monday afternoon, and the third never called me back at all. i set up appointments for estimates for the two that had called back. Chad came up and gave me his estimate first. He was on time, (I was 5 minutes late!) and looked over my equipment and location and quickly walked me through his estimate, the equipment I had chosen, and the possible tricky spots we might encounter. He clearly knew a lot about media installation.
My second estimate was good, and the estimated price was comparable, but within 5 minutes I knew I was going to pick Majestic Works because it was clear that Chad absolutely understand all of the issues related to my job, and his questions had been much better and thorough. It was the difference between 'I understand this' and 'I can figure this out'.
I called Chad back and scheduled an appointment. 
Chad showed up with a partner on time, and they quickly got to work. Everything was super smooth and easy. The installation finished early, the final price came in on the low side of the estimate, and Chad's suggestions before and during the installation had led me to make some cabling and accessory choices that were both affordable, but also positioned me for the future, which was very important to me. I  know what I've got hooked into my system now, but things change so quickly and I wanted to be able to expand my system in the future.  Chad definitely understood all of that and it's reflected in the finished job. 
Most important of all, my wife loved the final quality of the installation and everything works perfectly. 
I will definitely be calling Majestic works again in the future as a first stop for any kind of electrical or contracting work needed around my house, and I am very happy to recommend them here and to anyone I have to opportunity to mention them to.

Excellent work!  We asked Chad to give us an estimate and provide some ideas for two projects: mounting our new TV and adding lighting throughout the house.  Estimate was very fair, and he provided great ideas that accomplished what we wanted AND saved us money. He brought a carpenter to do the estimate, although we did not end up needing carpentry (in part, to save money).  Chad explained the work he would do and the reasons for his recommendations.  I bought several of the items needed for the project to save money (his suggestion). 
Chad was great at communicating with me as we prepared for the project.  I'm not sure how he found time to respond to all my emails with all the other clients he has! 
He completed the work quickly, and we were delighted with the result.  He even called the next day to make sure everything was ok.  Will definitely hire him again.  In fact, we have already scheduled him for another project in our bathroom.

Called to discuss project, had great input over the phone and confirmed schedule at that time.  Technician arrived 5 minutes early from scheduled time, quickly assessed the needs of the project and proceeded to do the work requested.  There wan no idle time, and he was very proficient at his craft.  Upon completion he confirmed everything was as we wanted.  They where great.,
