"Hi [Member Name Removed]. We actually finished your trellis that you wanted done and also every project we started was finished. To be clear the weather got bad and kept us from starting the new projects you had for us. I do apologize for the lack of communication but I started a large remodel in roseburg that kept me tied up for 4 months. I would never leave a customer with an unfinished job and would still be happy to help you with any future projects. I haven't heard from you in at least four months, and I would've been glad to get somebody there during the summer when we had nice weather. Just let me know if I can help with anything and I'll make sure to give you a good deal for all the trouble. Thanks. Jim"

He did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable about the process and had the most fair bid. He was also willing to make changes without change order fees, because of that we were able to increase the magnitude and scope of the project. He made everything very easy and we are very happy with the end result. He never pressured us into anything, was very fair and had a great crew. On a day that there was a crew member that was not up to caliber with the rest, he removed him instantly without question.
