Seburn responded immediately when I left a voice mail for a quote and came out to our house right away to give us an estimate. The window arrived in the time he estimated and his crew came the next day to install the window. They were there when he said they would be (in fact, early) and were very neat about the premises. They did a very good job.

Provider was timely and prompt in coming to the house, measuring, and giving a written estimate. He was extremely cooperative in scheduling a date for installation that worked for me. His crew arrived on time, went right to work, and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very friendly and professional. A flaw in the glass in one pane was detected after the installation was completed but before they left the site, and they assured me it would be replaced....free of charge...which has since been completed.

They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly. They kept hunting until they found what fit.
