They are a very busy company with lots of business out of town.  I had to wait several months for them to come.  I thought the charge was too high for the work performed.

The guy who came was great. He worked quickly and got everything done. He was also very tidy.

Company owner Dave Gehrke came out to give us an estimate the day after we called. He was very personable and spent an hour with us to learn what we wanted done -- install a new light fixture, three ceiling fans and three floor receptacle boxes in hardwood flooring. He left saying we would have his estimate in one or two days. Four business days later, having heard nothing, we called the company to inquire. We were told by email we would have the estimate in 24 hours. No estimate came after three days and we selected another contractor's bid. Talk was cheap, performance non-existent...

They were the higher of the other bid that I had gotten but I thought their work was worth it. They were excellent! When they did the estimate, they were very thorough. They looked at everything so they knew what they would need when they went in. I felt more confident with them.

They did a fine job and they made sure all the inspections were in order. Everything was as stipulated on the contract and it was a fair price. I was pleased with the entire service.

Excellent! Kelly and his team were on time every day, very professional and got all the work finished as promised. Between the time of their bid and the time the job started, a few changes had to be made in the plans (my fault, not theirs). The C&S team noted the changes and got right to work. The customer service at C&S is incredible. They always have someone to answer your calls, and they address any problems or concerns immediately. Once you are a C&S customer, they take care of you like you are family.
