Alan pays close attention to detail and takes great care in ensuring the entire exterior is beautiful, well protected, and that his job will last. He uses top quality paints and left my home looking great. His thorough prep and use of top quality paint will ensure my home is well maintained for years to come. Alan first did an exterior paint job on my home. His attention to detail is superb and the paint finish looks better than anything I have seen. His back rolling technique really made it look top notch and it still looks the same as the day finished now 4 years ago.

Alan did a great job re-caulking and touch-up painting! You'd never know anything had been amiss. There was no charge to me for this, as Alan included this in his customer satisfaction policy. In addition, I was having a problem opening my fence gate and Alan went out of his way to adjust the latch for me, free of charge! I really appreciate his kindness and sincere concern, not to mention his willingness to go the extra mile.

He did an excellent job on the window frames and column work, but the best thing to me was Alan's meticulous caulking job. Alan treated my home as if it were his own and he wants his work to last and it shows! I am extremely grateful I found out about him.

AW Painting did a beautiful job at turning darkly painted (and sloppily painted) rooms into beautiful light reflecting cheerful atmospheres, free of ceilings splattered with dark paint. AW Painting uses a high quality, quick drying, low odor paint so I was able to sleep in my own bedroom that night without smelling paint fumes. He patched blemishes on the walls so well they disappeared completely, making my house look fresh and new.

The first thing I appreciated about Alan was his concern about covering my floors so as not to get paint on them. He took no shortcuts in taping and papering the room and even removed the closet shelf so as not to get paint on it. He requires more excellence of himself than most customers would require of him. He did an excellent job of patching nail holes and wall blemishes prior to painting. Everything was returned to its place when he was done and except for a beautifully painted, blemish-free bedroom, you'd never know he had been there.

He has the same high level of service in mind for the job at hand. We plan to sell our house in the next year or two, so he offered some advice on things to do and things to avoid. I had the colors selected, but needed some coaching on some of the finer details, (front door trim, etc.) Alan offered suggestions and talked things out with me and we landed on some excellent choices. He was organized and predictable. Every evening he packed up his supplies and carefully lined up his ladders in a safe place, so my family still had access to the backyard. Alan (AW Painting) is professional, organized and an expert who strives for perfection in every detail and trim piece. My neighbor took notice of his work and is having her house painted by AW Painting in two weeks. I highly recommend AW Painting and hope to have him paint our next house in the coming years.

If you want the job done right and for a fair price, AW Painting is the way to go.  I called in Alan when I discovered some minor molding in the master bath on some wall paper. Having just repainted most of the house personally, I knew how much work the bathroom would take and it wasn't a job I was willing to tackle on my own.  Alan came in, gave a fair price and did stunning work.  It was absolutely perfect.  His attention to detail was incredible. Where other painters will cut corners and do what they can get away with, Alan works until the job is done and done correctly without additional cost to you. He will sweat the smallest details and leave you amazed at the outcome. He removed the wallpaper (luckily the mold didn't extend further) and the caulking that had been sealing it to the walls..  He then proceeded to fix various problem areas on the walls created by things I had removed from them (hand dryer, etc.). When it came time to paint it, he was kind enough to suggest a great color as well.  After all of that, he cleaned up after himself so well that you couldn't tell he had ever been there. I was truly impressed not only by his work but by his character. He is an honest, diligent, and skilled painter.  You will be glad if you hire him.

I have since contacted him regarding another project and he has been just as responsive and helpful as the first time. A+

I had AW Painting come and fix the interior of my house after I and quot;attempedand quot; to paint the living room. Let 's just say it didnt look so good. I called around had a few extimates and after calling 6 different bussiness I went with AW Painting. They where prompt to call me back and I appreciated that. We have a busy schedule and he was able to work around it no problem. He was on time each day and very efficient while painting. The corners between the wall and ceiling look great. He even gave me the option of corner guards for my walls that I could use to help protect the corners from gettig dings in them. I have two small children and the are always ramming a truck or something into the wall. Needless to say I will never try to paint anything ever again. :) I have AW Painting.

We own a cabin that we are turning into a rental. We asked AW Painting to paint the living room ceiling which was in bad shape. This job required them to travel 90 minutes one way to the job site. AW Painting had an opening in their schedule and was able to get the job completed in less than a week which was great! Their estimate was very reasonable. They gave us an estimate based on photos and our description. I was worried that once they actually saw it they wouldn't want to do it or would want to charge us more, but this didn't happen. We thought it would be much higher considering the travel, size of the room, height of the ceiling and mold. I was worried that they might get paint everywhere but the job was spotless. Our cabin is not well heated and is in a very humid area so AW Painting had to do additional work to ensure it dried correctly. The job was completed as promised and looks better than what I imagined! AW Painting always checks in afterwards to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

AW Painting started and completed my paint job until it was completely finished. I was impressed how AW Painting stayed on the job site continuously morning to evening time, to complete the painting process. AW Painting came prepared every day for a few days straight, with all the supplies and materials needed for my job. I asked for the company to keep me posted on their daily work progress, for which AW Painting was extremely accommodating with my request. After the job was completed AW Painting did his check over of the entire job, so when it came time for me to do my final examination of the finished job, I could not find any imperfections on my paint job at all. The new paint job made my old faded paint job, for which AW Painting help me decide on 3 new different colors for my house. With a new Body color, a new trim color, and especially a new front door color. You can just tell how well the job will hold up by the look of the finished paint job. It has been almost 3 years since the job and the job looks like the 1st day it was newly painted. I just recently joined Angie's List, so I decided to review AW Painting after he has contacted me as a past customer to review his company and to possibly join Angie's List because of the honest referrals you can receive from Angie's List. Plus other possible discounts from companies and the monthly magazine that I can receive as part of my membership. I have definitely referred this company to my friends, family, and co-workers and I will definitely call them again in the future.

AW painting did a wonderful job for us for exactly the budget we were looking for. From the initial estimate to the finished product he was very professional, tidy and meticulous. He did a great job with quality products and kept the project right on schedule.

Mr. Wells painted the exterior of our neighbor's home and we noticed his business sign in their front yard. We decided repairing and painting second story deck railings was best left to a professional (and those not afraid of heights) so we gave Mr. Wells a call. He gave us a very competitive quote and was able to fit the job into his busy schedule. He completed the project as quoted. The railings look much better than what we imagined!
We are working with him now to do some painting at our rental property.
