ARBORTEC TREE CARE

A crew of three arrived to perform services. Mother, son and employee. They worked quickly and efficiently - but lacked attention to detail and clean up. Partnering trees were not reduced in height or shaped to equal one another - finished work was not symmetrical in a symmetrical garden. After chipping tree branches with their commercial chipper parked on street, and hauling away branches and limbs, they did not clean up debris on the street, in my yard or on my decks & patios. Uncomfortably, I had to phone them to ask them to return to do so. A return trip was also needed to shape and sculpt cypresses as originally bid. I would hire them again, but would be very clear about our expectations and the finished product.
