Polite, prompt, kept me updated on both scheduling and progress. Big project, took out my fire damaged house.Utility company forgot to turn off the electricity which was a little shocking, literally. Ryan let me know but I didn't feel like he was upset. Definitely would hire them again.

I hired this company to demolish and remove about 500 sq feet of concrete in my side yard. Ryan gave me a fair estimate, projected a date that he met, and did a very professional and clean job. At the end of the day, the results are exactly as I wanted. I would hire this company again and will recommend to friends.

I accepted their bid because the price was right, and they offered the most inclusive services. Unfortunately, they never showed for the first date because their truck broke down. That cost me some money because it pushed back my construction date a month. We set a second date, and not only did they not show, but they've been totally noncommunicative. I emailed, called, and texted multiple times without response. Now I will have to deal with another construction delay and even more added costs. I am extremely frustrated. At least I didn't pay them up front.
