LAREDO CONSTRUCTION

Owner showed up to construction site in flip flops and shorts. He would not shake my hand, shoved his card at me instead. He asked me rude and intrusive questions as to why I use a wheelchair. I appropriately refused to answer and went on to describe the job. He hemmed and hawed about permits and inspections and all he would have to do for a rather simple construction project. But would not answer my question as to how much time all of that takes. He then rudely asked me the same questions about why I use a wheelchair a second time. I again refused to answer. He said he wouldn't work for me and started dumping his problems on me as an excuse. I stopped his tirade, as I am not a therapist. He left calling me names I cannot repeat here.
