Called company on Tuesday to request a repair of a double pane, low E, argon-filled vinyl window. A very pleasant person took my call and told me that their service person would be at my home that day within a specified time period. The service person arrived within the specified time period and quickly took the necessary measurements. He told me that Wendell James, the owner, would call later that day with an estimate. Mr. James called within an hour with the estimated cost and installation estimate of one to two days. The following morning, Mr. James called to say that they had obtained the replacement pane and would like to come out and install it within a given time period later that day. The service person arrived within the time period and installed the replacement quickly and professionally.
