Everthing came out as promised. The carpet was dry and ready the next day. Plus they left several bottles of spot remover.

It was an exceptional experience. I called and got a real human being, not a recording. The service could be performed the day and time that I wanted. He called on the morning of the appointment to say that he would be six minutes late. (I don't consider six minutes "late" considering the nature of his business.) The work was impeccable and the gentleman very professional. We will definately us this service again.

They did a really good job. They are easy to work with. They give a free gift, whenever you use their services. They are a husband and wife team. The wife follows up with the services and makes sure that everything is okay. I had used a less expensive company before, but they didn’t do a good job like Magic Carpet Cleaning and More did.

It was very good. He arrived on time to do the work. He was very professional. He measured each room before he did the work. He explained everything. He gave us an estimate.
