Jeff was on time and professional. He did a thurough inspecton of the mechanical components related to the HVAC system on a house we were looking at buying. Jeff found a problem with the blower fan and reccomended it be fixed. We were able to have the furnace fan fixed as part of our negotiations.
FYI, Jeff gave us an estimate to replace the blower motor and service the furnace. The seller of the house decided he wanted to go with and quot;his guyand quot; which ended up costing him over a hundred dollars more than Jeff was going to charge. He may want to change and quot;his guyand quot; to Jeff in the future!
I would reccomend Jeff without hesitation.

He was absolutely great. He came out late when he didn't have to and did not charge extra. He fixed the system at a good price and did the work quickly. He was really good and I will continue to use him in the future.

Jeff works by himself but calls in other tradesmen if he needs them. He arranged to bring an electrician for this job since the code requires the electrical portion of the job be carried out by a licensed and bonded electrician. Because he works alone he sometimes had to make extra trips for parts and materials and when that meant he'd have to be late he called to tell me why and when he'd be there.

He provided a detail estimate and set up a date to carry out the installation. He arrived on time and brought the electrician with him and completed the job according to schedule. He cleaned up his worksite and carefully explained every step of the process as he went along. Actually, since he sometimes had to work in an area I use for storage he actually left the site neater than it was when he arrived.

Jeff tested the unit when he was done and explained how to set up the somewhat complicated controls. The unit worked exactly as he promised it would.
