Flooring, Plumbing
It did NOT go well. Pic of the hole left in my bathroom floor. Not sure this guy really knew anything about plumbing. He had lots of painting equipment in the truck. Maybe that's more his forte.

He was very nice, but he did not do a very good job. He broke some of the pieces, installed flooring under the cabinets, and a few other items that we are having to have redone. He also brought in someone to help, but then charged us an additional $10 per hour.

Handyman Service
PUT UP FENCE OF CHEAPEST QUALITY, UNTREATED WOOD, DID NOT CONNECT ADEQUATELY SO WOBBLES. (A CHILD COULD PULL DOWN) DID NOT FULLY ENCLOSE YARD AS WAS DIRECTED AND "FIX" WAS TO STAPLE UP PLASTIC. (TO CONTAIN DOG) JOB WAS DONE BY ONE MAN, BUT HE CHARGED FOR 2 WITHOUT ANY APPROVAL. INSTALLED AUTO DOG DOOR, DID NOT READ DIRECTIONS, RUINED DOOR. (SO IT COULD NOT BE RETURNED) REPLACED WITH LOW QUALITY DOOR THAT BROKE IN A WEEK, DID NOT FINISH JOB, LEFT A MESS. DOG DOOR JOB TOTAL WAS NEARLY $400. FENCE WAS OVERPRICED BY MORE THAN 100%, BASED ON ESTIMATE, AFTER THE FACT. HE LEFT HORRIBLE MESS, DID MISERABLE WORK, IS UNRELIABLE AND WOULD NEVER USE HIM FOR ANYTHING. WORST HANDYMAN I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. HIS "FRIEND" FOR WHOM HE CHARGES $10 AN HOUR DOES NOTHING, BUT HAND HIM A TOOL NOW AND THEN OR GET SOMETHING FROM TRUCK. BEWARE, THIS GUY IS A TOTAL LOSS.
