The remodel itself is wonderful. The people that were to put in the granite countertop were slow getting to us so it took twice as long as promised. Everyone he subcontracted out to was very professional and courteous. The man he hired to do the tile work and the floor was phenominal! I just wish we would have been more informed when people were coming (or not). Doesn't seem like it would be hard to text or call to let me know the status of the subcontractors. He is average priced from the 3 different bids we received. The total project is a huge success but it took a long time.
