 + 0 moreI bought the bulbs which were advertised on sale for $5 each. I gave them to friends who told me that theirs had never bloomed and only leaves except one did have a sort of defective flower. I asked to talk with the manager of the Hi-School Pharmacy which is connected with Ace Hardware. When I told her the problem she stated that that's why they were on sale. I said "so, you knew they would not bloom and you still sold them?" She replied "yes" and maybe they would come up NEXT YEAR. Then told me to look on the Internet for information. She did offer to give me my money back for one plant but not two. She had a poor attitude and I did not accept her offer. To say this is poor customer service is putting it mildly. Those bulbs should have been dumped if she knew they would not bloom. Who wants a bulb that will bloom a year from now?
Description of Work: Bought 2 Amaryllis gift bulbs for Christmas gifts.
