They were just fabulous to work with! Scheduling was great. The technician was able to help us move around the furniture to get the carpets cleaned. He was able to get the cat stains out of the carpet well.

Kevin showed up promptly and as always did a great job. Took time to explain service, estimate and was very friendly and professional as always.

Great. Wonderful job. After I purchased the Groupon and called to make an appointment, I had to reschedule several times due to my schedule. Everytime I called Sweets, the secretary was very, very pleasant and accomodating. The technician who cleaned my carpet was a very pleasant young man. I recommend this company 100%

Prompt, courteous, professional. We had a groupon which prompted me to check in with Angies List. The raitings were high so I gave them a try. Mostly, I was satisfied with the service, although of course there are add on's to the cost if you want protective spray, etc put on. Also, the areas that I was most concerned about didn't come clean. There was a slight darkness to a couple of areas on the couch which were in between each seat cushion, where people don't usually sit. It's an odd location for darkening of the fabric and I thought it was just dirt from years of service (couch is over 10 years old). I was concerned that the fabric might run because it is cotton and he offered to test a spot, but said it would not be a problem.
Indeed, when the couch was done, it did look better, but not as good as I expected. When I questioned him about the dark areas which are the areas I thought would be most improved, he said that is actually from wear and nothing could be done about it. I thought it was odd he didn't tell me that before he started, but it makes sense. Although, it's add that the wear on the couch is in areas where no one sits. In any case, it is an older couch, so it made sense that certain spots are showing wear. I was happy with the work overall, and would call the company again.

Had two rooms cleaned as part of an Amazon/Living Social deal that was about to expire. The scheduling process was really easy and had an appointment scheduled. The crew arrived at the appropriate time window and were quite courteous and personable. They asked if I had any special requests to which I replied that we had a smell in one room that we were hoping would be gone after the cleaning, likely from the previous owners who had dogs (we think). They used a light to look for urine stains and found some and suggested a pet-cleanup package (or similar, don't remember the exact term). Went ahead and did that and away they went. Job was done in about an hour without any issues. Overall the process was pretty smooth and the overall outcome was good, but there were a few minor issues:
1) The crew left a bit of debris where they walked and setup their hoses that I had to sweep/vacuum myself after they left; wouldn't expect that from a cleaning crew.2) There was a fee for scanning with the light that wasn't explained beforehand, in this case I didn't want to make a fuss but you should always let a customer know when they're going to be charged for something before doing it. (It's possible I misread the invoice, but from what I could see there was a fee for using the and quot;specialand quot; light)3) The crew accepted my American Express card but the company doesn't process AMEX, so I had to give new credit card information over the phone.
I'll add that the company did perform a follow-up call to make sure the services were adequate and to get any feedback; this was a nice touch and makes me inclined to consider them for future business because they obviously care about the quality of their service.

Great service

Awesome!! Two houses cleaned with Rotary machine did an awesome job, left carpet close to dry when done and uses so much less water than the wand carpet cleaners out there.

They are very fair in their pricing and do a thorough job. All of their work is back up and if there is any question they will come back out. They are very attentive to pet stains and are really good about applying coupons that I may not know about.

The called to say they were stuck in traffic. Arrived 30 min after original time agreed on. 2 guys. Very courteous. They measured the areas I wanted done (including some rooms where I just wanted a spot removed). They only charged for the actual square footage done. Total area done was 550 sq ft, and between their discount, and a groupon I paid only $160. There were 2 stains they were unable to 100% remove, but they are 95% gone, and hard to see now. They took 2 hours to do the work, including vacuuming everything before they got the steam cleaner out. Floors were dry enough for my son to play on within 2 hours after they left. Stairs took until the next day to dry.

Overall I thought they did a great job, and I'd happily use them again next time.

I got a great deal on Sweet's via Groupon, and booked them well in advance to coincide with a move-out date. Unfortunately, when they showed up, the room I wanted cleaned was still half-full of clutter. (Don't do this to your carpet cleaner, folks; it was very bad form on my part.) The gentlemen discussed rescheduling with me and, when they realized that wouldn't work, actually helped me clear out the rest of the room. They didn't have to do this -- the offer had specifically stated they do not move furniture -- but they did so carefully, efficiently and without losing their pleasant, cheerful demeanors. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty! They also did a great job cleaning the carpet (it hasn't looked that good in years) and left me with a "Sweet" (chocolate) treat to remember them by. Highly, highly recommended!
