Their work was ok when they starting taking care of my yard 4 years ago but in the last year and a half the quality of their work has become totally unacceptable. In truth, I should give them an F for performance. The final straw was when they sprayed my prize climbing rose with weed killer several weeks ago.. I don't think it was on purpose, the crew just doesn't care.. I'm constantly billed for services they don't perform. There is no communication between management and their crews so the crew constantly either doesn't do the work or does it incorrectly and/or poorly. I see that they have received high marks from customers, but these reviews appear to be mostly for one time jobs. Its the weekly maintenance that is terrible. I paid a lot of money each month for terrible or nonexistent services. I was embarrassed by the appearance of my yard. I tried many times to work out our differences but it just didn't happen.

Our backyard, after 20+ years of growth has little sun and we had trouble keeping the grass, so we decided on hardscaping with pavers. They were laid over our large existing patio, and then winding pathways and a smaller upper patio were created. It looks wonderful and is so much easier on the yard maintenance. We love it! Noel was very professional and his crew thorough. Everything was begun and completed on time though they had to return to touch up a few things.

Lenin came out for the quote. Scheduled time and they showed up on time and did a great job. Came back and retouched the spots that did not seed. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them highly.

They were on time, professional and did a good job replacing wood edging that was put in while new drainage was put in.

The guys who come are very nice however I have had a difficult time getting them to pull all of the weeds in my beds. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails with photos. They're always very responsive and gracious but it seems to be an ongoing issue.

The service went excellent and they did a very good job with the installation, everything is working fantastic!

They followed the plan that we had which was good.  They were courteous and started and completed the job within the time frame that we talked about.  They were very professional.  With the changes I've made, they were still within the budget.  They worked with other contractor.  It was a very positive experience.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!  Noel was patient with my many questions and provided details before and during work. 
I called for a quote and response was quick, receiving quote right away.  The many times I called to ask questions,  if I left a message my call was returned within (1) day turn-around (which is very impressive given Noel's busy schedule) 
We had a water issue after the sod and trees were planted....water running thru the yard.  I called Noel and his team came right out and fixed the issues putting in a French drain and diverting the water to run outside the yard.
We are now having Noel and his team put in our front yard seed and also work on our water issue in our back yard.
Noel and team are FANTASTIC! 

They didn’t communicate well. I called them to complain about bad work and they said it was my fault. I walked around my yard and pointed out what I wanted fix.  There were three of them and them mascaraed the grass and left my gate open several times. They didn’t pull a weed unless I said something about it.

My previous lawn maintenance provider , Infinity Landscape, discontinued the maintenance portion of their business and recommended this company.  We use them primarily for lawn aeration, fertilization, lime, moss control etc.  We initially used them in April w/o problem.  This fall they were "no show" for 5 weeks with no explanation. I consider them unreliable and un-professional and would not consider using them again.

We use them all the time. They are awesome. They are really good with customer service. Their prices are right on target with everyone else.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience for us working with Sunrise Landscape. Noel, Stephanie and the crew were very responsive to our needs and questions throughout the entire project. They finished earlier than expected, finished on budget and even accommodated some last minute requests at no, to very little additional charges. We are very satisfied with our newly expanded paver patio, sprinkler and drip irrigation system, sod, flower beds, gravel parking pad and children's play area.
My neighbors all have come by and complimented the landscaping. It feels good to be that house on the block...

Now some additional background...
Last summer we had System Pavers come out and remove our deck and place down about 450 square feet of pavers. We felt the cost was high, but wanted to go with a reputable name brand company and have the protection of a warranty. During the project the crew was left unsupervised during their work and the Project Manager only checked in once per day at the end of the day. At the end of each day we expressed our concerns over the shape of the new patio damage to our hardi-plank, and the mess the crew was leaving behind each day. System Pavers, or rather their subcontractor, was un responsive to our needs. In the end we had a patio that got the job done but was uneven in spots, filled with the incorrect sand, and felt poorly finished. This was our first project for the outside of the house and we were very gun-shy to begin any further work.
When we finally committed this summer to doing the work we had several companies come out. Noel was the first to show up to quote the work. You just felt like you were dealing with an honest man when you spoke with him. He gave us honest feedback on our plans, suggested improvements, scoped the work appropriately and left room for flexibility on our part by providing different pricing levels for various option of irrigation configuration and materials. Noel gave us a great formal quote, only requiring one set of changes, before we accepted and he saved us about 60% on the cost of the patio expansion based on other quotes. Quite frankly, he and the crew did a much more professional, accurate and clean install than System Pavers from my perspective. The best part was that Noel was there a good portion of the time despite running other projects concurrently. I also new I was dealing with Noel's team and not a subcontracted team. The guys all wanted to do good work and wouldn't hesitate to stop as soon as we walked out onto the work site and take a minute to see if we were happy with things or if we had a question.
