I walked in and was promptly greeted. I explained the issue, and the clerk asked me to bring in the vacuum cleaner. I did. He looked it over, turned it on, and found that a filter needed to be changed. He explained how to change it. I thanked him. He was helpful, friendly, and he was nice about the fact that I'd missed changing the filter. He didn't even charge me. I was very impressed. This is the place I'm going to the next time I have issues with my vacuum.

The salesman at Stark's was great. It took him less than five minutes to repair the broken belt on the vacuum. He tested it after to make sure it was working and gave us some tips to prevent the problem in the future.

AS VACUUMS WERE DEMONSTRATED, THE SALESPERSON STARTED WITH THE MOST EXPENSIVE MODEL AND WORKED HIS WAY DONE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, BUT I DID FEEL PRESSURE TO PURCHASE AT HIGH END.
