SHAW WEST CO

lI discovered one evening that the heater was not functioning in my greenhouse, which is home to more than 200 temperature-sensitive orchids, and I was scheduled to leave the country for an extended period 36 hours later. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor and cross-checked on Angie's List, I call Shaw West Electrical fairly late in the evening. The phone was answered by a live electrician. I explained the problem, and he said he would check the schedule and get back to me the next morning. Sure enough, Donny from Shaw West was there in the greenhouse the next morning, checking the wiring and circuits. He found that the thermostat had failed and was able to replace that, as well as a temperamental GFCI plug, and at my request, rewired another vent fan control. He finished in less than three hours (including the time to go get the new thermostat), cleaned up the few wire snips and told us the company would send a bill. I also talked to Donny about doing some outside lighting along our walkway, and the ballpark price discussion seemed very reasonable. I was absolutely delighted with Shaw West's amazingly fast response to my problem. Donny was as professional as they come, and although I don't have the final bill yet, I consider myself fortunate to have found someone who went to such great lengths to help a new customer. I will be calling them again for sure.
