Richard excelled in customer service and providing quality work. He returned initial inquiry regarding request for estimate within one business day. Explained in detail what service he would provide. Price very competitive compared to other estimates. Richard available by phone to discuss with county inspector need for slope of floor to be adjusted to meet code. Richard's crew took care of this. Work scheduled and completed within time frame needed. Highly recommend and will definitely contact Richard for future cement work needs.

Everything went very smoothly. They were very careful of our plants. When they were finished our son saw his work and had them over to do a back patio for them.

We were very pleased with the service. We felt that their price was very reasonable as compared to other estimate. I thought that their people were very efficient, very timely, and did a good job of cleaning up. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Their responsiveness was excellent, and the follow up was good.
