PSA Appraisal, LLC, specializes in appraising residential real estate for a variety of property types and purposes and has been in business since 1996 (PSA Appraisal, LLC, filed in 2004). The principal appraiser is Paul Stecher (Oregon State Certified General Real State Appraiser No.C000563). He began a career in real estate appraisal in 1992. During the first five years of appraising, his experience included appraisal of congregate care facilities (nursing homes and retirement facilities), eminent domain (right-of-way appraisal), and general commercial (office, retail, and industrial). As a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Paul Stecher has the highest state certification in the State of Oregon. Since 1996, Paul Stecher has focused on the appraisal of urban, suburban, and rural residental properties in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, and Yamhill Counties (Nwewberg and McMinnville) in the State of Oregon.
