NW Siding was great to work with. They gave me a bid very quickly and I was able to schedule the work within a reasonable time. The project manager communicated throughout the entire process. The workers that came out and did the work we very good and cleaned up the entire work site ever night. They completed the project on time. I would hire these guys again. You will not be disappointed. I got bids from a few other siding companies, and while they were not the cheapest, they were the best to work with

The team at NW Siding & Windows were professional, responsive and polite. Even though I had a small repair job and most every siding shop is quite busy, Ken (the co-owner) was able to get me into the job queue. Ken kept me in the loop as to timing since I would be slotted in between larger, full house re-siding jobs. Given that, one can’t expect to be put at the top of the queue. The day prior to the work, Ken came out to double check things and he patiently answered my questions. On the day of the job, his 3 man team came out and had the job done in a few hours. They were very polite and, like Ken, answered my questions as they were doing the job. The team left the place spotless once they left.

They installed the siding in 2 days and painted it. It looks great now.

The whole operation went very well. Pricing was competitive. NWS stayed in close contact regarding scheduling, so that everything was ready when the work started. The preparation work, painting and clean up/touch up were all done with quality and efficiency. We're very pleased with the finished product.

We scheduled for July, but NW Siding had an opening in June so they came out early to get it done. The crew was very efficient and professional and my wife and I a very happy with the new windows and door. They open and close so much easier and the house has been staying much cooler with the new windows installed.

Jack was great. He came out and provided an initial estimate of the costs. We made several adjustments to the original scope of work and each time, he provided a new estimate. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgable about the type of windows we wanted to have installed. When he said he would also be the project manager, we felt very confident that we would get good service. The work was excellently done, including the removal of windows and siding, installation of new windows and siding, and painting of the exterior. Whenever we had a question or found something that we were concerned about, Jack and the crew made sure they took care of it to our satisfaction. We found them to be very conscientious and easy to work with.

Jack was our project manager. During the initial bidding he was honest and knowledgeable about where and how siding repairs could be made and where siding needed to be completely replaced. Others had previously overstated the scope of work. The bid came in very reasonable. Jack communicated promptly and frequently every step of the way. The work was done professionally and the workers for both siding work and exterior painting were skilled, thorough and polite. We are very pleased with the finished job and were invoiced exactly as discussed - no surprises.

Ken (owner) was our contact person before, during, and after the job. As questions arose, he always answered phone right away or responded quickly to voicemail. He was on vacation for part of the installation, with Jack taking over who was also very responsive. They started on the promised start date. Crews and managers were professional, friendly, and easy to talk to regarding my questions.

A job well done

Initially, I believed the contractor was honorable and capable of quality work. However, after the job was "finished" as far as the contractor was concerned, I visited the job site and discovered many multiple inconsistencies with what I had been told. Essentially, the contractor had lied to me. I even gave the contractor the opportunity to grade their own performance on the quality of the job, and they gave themselves an "A" grade. I provided the contractor a long list of imperfections I noted in my personal inspection of the property. At first, the contractor denied my observations, but after push came to shove, they decided to comply. After a waiting period due to weather and the contractor's schedule, they finally finished the project over two months behind schedule. I will give you a final impression on the contractor's job quality after a final inspection. I have a number of photos of details of the siding, finish work, and painting problems However, I doubt if any or all of my pictures would translate to the utter disappointment with this contractor's overall job.

Excellent communication and the crews were prompt and professional. Price as was fair.

From my first contact with Candice from their office staff, everyone involved  with my project was very professional and straight forward in their dealings with me. The job was completed on time, on budget, with no additional upsells, drama or, surprises during the course of the project. Ken Feldman, the project supervisor, came out to my home and prepared the bid quickly, once I had accepted their proposal, he scheduled the tear off of the original siding, and the installation of the new siding and trim to begin within a couple of weeks. They were even able to start the work a week earlier that they originally expected. Their tear off crew supervisor, Alex, and the installation crew supervisor, Ricardo did  an exemplary job in keeping their crews on task and cleaned up on a  daily basis. Everyone on both of their crews were a please to do business. Mr.. Feldman checked in with me almost everyday, and was always accessible by phone or e-mail. Additionally, Candice, and Ken, also agreed to, and provided me with  photographs of the original siding, as it was being removed, in order to be able to determine whether Polygon NW' siding subcontractor had defectively installed it originally. I would recommend  Northwest Siding & Windows to anyone needing any type of cladding work done to their residence.

I was very happy with the service.  They arrived when they said, did a good job on the windows and were very courteous about removing their shoes when they entered my home.

NW Siding caulked and repaired siding issues in December of 2013 then came back as promised in the spring and painted our home. Our home has never looked this good. They delivered in a timely fashion and the work is top notch. I'm a realtor and see a lot of inferior work. I have been referring NW Siding to my clients and will continue to do so.

It was a good experience.  They provided good price and good service.  We looked at other companies but they were prone to extra charges and they say that all the stuff needed to be done.  Northwest offered us a good deal and so we cancelled all the other companies and went with Northwest.  

There were a few things that they could have been better on.   There were also some issues with their responsiveness as we move along with the job.  They were working on the hours as agreed.  

Contract started out shaky with start of work being delayed twice. Once they started (30 days late) the residing and window replacement went quickly. They did a great job and communicated daily regarding any issues or dry rot they found. 

Upon completion of phase 1 we were delayed yet again on the painting for 1 week. this phase was apparently subbed out. the body color looked great but the trim looked like it was slapped on. Uneven lines, horrible brush strokes, and bleed thru. We had them back to repair but I will still have my husband clean up the uneven lines.

Had I known they were subbing the painting out I would probably have used a painter we already have experience with. The total cost was low and the residing work was great.

Had one of the most reasonable quotes when shopping around. The work done was completed on schedule and was up to our high standards. Very happy with NW Siding. Will be hiring them again soon for additional work.

Yes, the work was done in 2000. The workmanship  was excellent. The job went very smooth. The siding still looks like new with no defects. I can highly recommend  their product and workmanship.
