Very well. Tara provided her advise about what to clear out and what to keep. Then when my clients were ready she helped them move things around. She also brought over her own staging items to finish off each room. There were two houses to finish in a short amount of time. I found out later that she worked into the night with the sellers to finish on time. As I held both house open I got lots of positive comments, wow, shows like a model home, beautiful, so spacious, cute, etc. The Sherwood home is now pending after only 14 days. The Tualatin home looks great and we expect an offer within the month. Thanks Tara for your great advise and work! Realtor Bob
