 + 0 moreThey were terrible. They did not put plastic down it was a mess. I am still cleaning up saw dust. I had glass cabinets installed and there is a smear by the glue and I can not get it off. Just terrible, I think they fired the guy that did it.
Description of Work: I used HOME DEPOT to renovate my kitchen and laminate flooring.

 + 0 moreANTHONY SCHRODER OF HOME DEPOT CAME AND GAVE ME A COST FOR THE JOB AFTER DOING A THOUROUGH INVESTIGATION OF MY ATTIC. JB INSULATION (DAVID WOOTEN AND FIDEL) ACTUALLY DID THE WORK. THEY WERE 15 MINUTES EARLY TO START THE JOB. THEY NWERE COURTIS INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.. I GUESS THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS DOING THE WORK THROUGH A 18" X 30" OPENING IN THE LAUNRY ROOM CELING FROM 80 FEET AWAY FROM THEIR TRUCK.. WHEN THEY LEFT YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THEY HAD BEEN HERE. AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED THE ESTIMATOR ANTHONY SCHRODER ME IN DOING THE PAPER WORK APPLYING FOR A $400 INCENTIVE FROM ENERGY TRUST O OREGON. OUR HOUSE STAYS MUCH WARMER NOW.
Description of Work: THEY BLEW IN INSULATION INTO MY ATTIC RAISING MY R-FACTOR FROM A 19 TO A 38.

 + -1 moreAfter 3 months passed we finally got our gift card. We were shocked when it was only for $150.00 when our sales person told us we would be getting one in the amount of $400. When I called Home Depot I was told our sales person no longer worked there. The manager told me that she was the best sales person they had. But, when I asked about why we only got $150, he said if I read the fine print on the form I filled out that it states up to $150. That is not what our sales person told us and she even added everything up. Needless to say the manager would not honor what his own sales person had represented to us. All I can say is if you shop for big items at Home Depot, get a copy of what they promise in writing because Home Depot does not honor what the sales person tells you to make the sale! We have switched to Lowe's.
Description of Work: We bought all new kitchen appliances: Refrigerator, dual fuel stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. We bought from Home Depot because they were having a 10% off appliances sale and if you bought LG appliances you got gift cards to Home depot up to $150 per appliance. So, our sales person sat us down and showed us what our savings would be with the discount and the gift cards combined. We made the purchase, filled out the gift card forms and mailed it in with copies of the receipts.

 + -1 moreTHEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY WERE AVAILABLE. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE AND THE MOST SELECTION. THE CARPET GUY WAS GREAT. I WOULD CALL HIM BACK IN A MINUTE IF I NEEDED HIM. WE HAD SOME DAMAGE TO SOME EXISTING CARPETING, AND HE WAS ABLE TO TIE IT IN REALLY NICE WITH NO SEAMS. HE JUST DID A REALLY GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: IT WAS CARPET INSTALLATION FOR APPROXIMATELY 50 YARDS OF CARPET.
