He was easy to work with and did what he said he would do. The tile company he referred us to was excellent.

After we moved in, cracks began to appear in the plaster in several places. At first I figured this was normal settling, but they continued to grow and after five years, and I finally called Ed to let him know. He came to the house next day. He was shocked by what he saw and immediately got his insurance company to come evaluate the problem. His insurance company denied the claim, saying the cause was site prep and was not covered. So Ed called in engineering experts, had them evaluate the problem, recommend a solution, hire a firm to lift the entire corner of the house and anchor it to bedrock. Then, he had the whole section of the house re-plastered. He did all of this at his own expense and with never a complaint or anything other than a gracious attitude. I had trusted Ed immediately when I met him during our purchase of the house and was confirmed in that by his incredible service. I've been wanting to find a way to thank him ever since and am glad to do so.
