they came out and did the testing, left a copy of the report and sent a copy to the city of Wilsonville as required.

The only problem we had was that our payment was somehow not acknowledged. We were asked a second time to pay, when payment had already been made and received by them. When we showed payment documentation, the error was corrected, but months later we received an invoice for a $5 late fee for the original incorrect "late" payment. That was also graciously fixed after a phone call, but perhaps the weak link in this company's system is the accounting part. Make sure you keep proof of payment.

Backflow inspection was requested and immediately scheduled - promptly fulfilled at half the cost of the previous backflow inspections! I will definately hire Heath again next year. Great service

He came out when we both were at work and did the job. I guess the price was reasonable. We spoke over the phone and he said he would be here on Monday. He was here on Monday and left the receipt. I would use him in future.

It has been fine. The first year we lived in Portland, we didn't realize we needed this service, and they were able to respond promptly and take care of the test. Now we're on their annual re-test list!
