Each time Greg has worked for us he has always been on time and professional.  Cost is always on budget.  He communicates well and always lets me know the status of projects.

Greg made a couple of small mistakes, but each time he rectified the error on his own time and dime. Overall, he was on schedule and did the job really well, leaving no issues for me to deal with. I decided to have a glass company install the shower door, so Greg lowered his price accordingly without a problem. I believe the tile work he supervised is superb.

He did really good. He did a good work. He did a good solid work. He made sure everything was leveled. He actually raised the cement floor. He built a floor above it so that we would go straight out of the kitchen into the garage to the laundry room and to the bedroom. I liked his work. I thought he did a good job. My daughter and her boyfriend said that they were a little messy through their lunch wrappers out in the back but I wasn't there. All I saw was the work that he did for me and I liked it. He didn't give me a written list of the labor and the materials. I really wanted to have a contract. He was a little bit laid back and he's like a country boy. I really liked his work. I would hire him again because I feel secure in his work. He did it by the code. I have no problems with the inspection or anything.

It went very well. We were not in a hurry and could schedule it around Greg's other projects. Greg and Mike did all the work themselves, including framing, drywall and flooring with new molding. We did all the painting after they were finished.
They were punctual, courteous, and paid attention to details. They worked hard and asked questions when necessary. All the work was done ahead of schedule and we are very  pleased with the results.

I gave Greg an idea (sketch) of what I wanted and He took it from there. He bought the materials and started work the next day. In three days we had a finished deck with copper tubing  used for verticals on the 35" hand rails. As usual when he left you would never know he had been there doing work. The deck and rails turned out to be much better than had imagined. He also installed 2 toilets while he was there at no charge.

Greg was quite punctual, showed up when he said he wood or called well in advance when he was to be late. He thanks outside the box when it comes how to fix a problem. He also made several electrical repairs that were not related to the closet removal. Greg worked efficiently and steady while on the job.

Greg was on time, within budget and allowed my husband to help out to help w/expenses.  Pleasant and cheerful thoughout the job.  Would definitely hire him again if I needed work done and would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done.

They were very, very good. They stayed within our timeline and budget. He was out of here in two weeks, way ahead of our timeline. We also came under our initial budget by $500. He was very alert to our means. We actually got a quote for flooring that he thought was a little high. He told us he could probably find a cheaper quote, and he did. He cleaned up well and was very thoughtful and considerate of our time. He would ask our preference of them working late or coming back another day.

Overall, Greg did everything we asked punctually, well, and professionally.
This is one of several times we have hired Greg. He replaced the deck roof and strengthened our deck; He replaced our roof after finding and repairing some leaks; He rebuilt our entire rear exterior wall of the house to replace dry rot that had been "calked" to within an inch of it's life;  He installed our dishwasher and sink and fixed a plumbing problem associated with the work.
Each time, Greg was everything we needed of a real professional. He had been honest. punctual, and clear on costs of projects. There is extremely talented and resourceful. If you have a project of any size, He can do it himself or call on his equally professional collegues in specialty trades to work for him.

Greg contacted us immediately for estimates and he was able to do the repairs and replacements very quickly so the painting could continue.  He was meticulous in his work, very professional and very nice.  We felt the price was fair and his work was exceptional.  We plan to use Gregory Braswell Construction again for a bathroom renovation.

He built a base window. He is an excellent hard worker; he comes early in the morning and takes a short lunch. He puts in a full day and he does really good work. The job is still ongoing. I would definitely use him in the future. He is really good and lets my husband help out and stuff like that which other guys don't like but he is really good with that.

From the beginning, we knew that we could expect a hard, meticulous workman. Greg worked on our deck earlier in the season, so he was not a stranger. We make it a point to evaluate potential contractors thoroughly.

Greg kept us appraised of his arrival (on time) and began the job promptly. He let us know when other responsibilities would make it necessary to alter arrival and departure times.

The project was accomplished well within our expectations, and the quality of the work was excellent. Since much of the important work could not be seen after the cedar went up, Greg made sure to let us know when he was finishing with the structural work so we could inspect it.

All in all, this project was a pleasure to watch. Greg is a very knowledgeable, energetic, and personable. Ho obviously cares about his work and is proud of what he does for a living. 

We were very pleased with the results of Greg's work in the kitchen and bathroom. He enjoys his work, and is obviously very experienced. He took pains to insure that he knew exactly what we wanted, and was very punctual. Whenever he was delayed by another part of his day, he kept us informed. 

We enjoyed working with Greg. He was able to answer all of our questions, and took the initiative to suggest alternatives that would increase the quality of the work. He was also able to suggest how we could save some money without affecting the quality of the work.

Greg was punctual, reliable and hard working. He provided most of the brainpower and all of the muscle power to get the job done. The deck is much better looking and much stronger as a result of Greg's efforts. He had to special order the roof panels and the only delay was caused by the 10 day wait for them. Once they arrived, The job was completed in one long day. 

Greg was a pleasure with whom to work. He is a very pleasant, soft spoken man with a great work ethic. He is clearly excited with and proud of his work. I give him high marks on customer service and professionalism.
