EVERGREEN PEST MANAGEMENT

I'm not always home when they come out. We have bait stations in our house and outside. It is one guy at a time.

They did what I paid them to do. They did exactly the same thing every time they came. When I looked back over what they had done and how easy it was to do what they did, I didn't see any point in renewing the contract. I could do it myself and it's not because they are a bad company.

The perimeter of my house is readily accessible to me, and I can get the spray from somewhere else. All you need is a two gallon sprayer, so it's no big deal to do it. I can do it myself for a fraction of the cost. We have Boxelder beetles here really badly in the Fall. They try to get into your house. They hide under your siding in any nook and cranny they can find. In the Fall when the sun comes out, they're on the side of your house, and they can literally cover the side of your house there's so many of them. 



They did what they were suppose to do. Really what they did was fine, but what they charged was too much. They always called me 24 hours ahead to let me know they were coming the following day. I didn't need to be home, but ultimately I wanted to. I have a main story deck that they cannot reach from the ground floor and I wanted that sprayed because that is where I experience most of the bug problem. So being at home and calling 24 hours ahead was good, so that I could arrange my day and that I could be here when they were here to let them on the deck. It was wonderful. I was referred to them by a friend who has been using them for a very long time. So the rate that my friend pays versus the rate I got charged, is hugely different. I understand they got grandfathered in, but nevertheless, I felt like I was getting ripped off because I happen to live in a large house in a nice neighborhood. I can just do it myself. They are not a bad company.

Hardly noticeable - as in Tim called me the day before to tell me and quot;I'll be in your area tomorrow to do service!and quot; and that was that. I managed to catch him outside spraying but other than that he was in and out quick. Their service is top notch...they only knock when they need something or if you have a dog that is outside - which I love because I work from home and am in meetings most of the day.
Ed - the owner - is great. He came to the house for our consultation where I showed him our pest problem (ants). He checked out all the rooms that had the issue and then gave us a monthly plan. They started off strong and alleviated the problem fast, now they are onto the portion of the service plan where they keep the pests out...versus driving them out.
They are very responsive, anytime I have the slightest issue, Tim comes out within the next day to check it out. Tim even jumped under my house when I suspected a rodent had died under the house! Talk about service. These guys are great. They have me locked down until they close their doors! I hope that never happens.

he is very nice young man. he has been back several times as ants are persistent in this neighborhood. ants were in the bathroom, kitchen and utility room and we had tried to bait and spray ourselves with only little success. evergreen has reduced the population considerably and i have not seen an ant in the last 2 weeks. after talking to the neighbors, i know i will have regular service to keep them out.

They come by monthly. We very much like their services. They are easy to work with. They are reliable and dependable. If there is an issue, they come right out.

They use non-toxic spray to treat for the pest. We have been using them for five years. They can come inside and spray if we need them to. They come out monthly. They are consistent. I do not have to call and remind them. We originally had them come out to treat for carpenter ants. We no longer have any ants. We do have some spiders like everyone does. They have not raised their prices for five years.

They have been doing the monthly service for more than 10 years, and we have been happy with their performance. When we call with something extra or unusual, they respond promptly.

They do a fine job. We haven’t been with them a whole year yet. The people are very professional and polite. They are easy to get along with.

They show up consistently, seem to do a proper job and are very friendly when we interact with them. They generally seem to meet our expectation just fine and I am okay with the price.

WE LIKE THEM. EVERYTHING THAT YOU ASK IS COVERED. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THAT WE HAVE HAD THEM. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. PUNCTUALITY IS FINE. THE PRICE IS FAIR.
