We've used Randy before and have been happy with his service. This time, he tore out the existing flooring and replaced with new vinyl. He had to replace the underlayment as well, which was not expected, but it only ended up $40 more than the estimate.
The work is good; seems a bit expensive however.
He is thorough and easy to work with. In this case, we had a very limited window before we moved in and he was able to get it done quickly.
