Jeff was very responsive and helpful. He was willing to work with our short time frame for scheduling. He arrived promptly and was very thorough, going above and beyond the typical basic inspection. He let us tag along and ask questions and was very helpful in his suggestions for repairs. He spent over three hours on this 2200 square foot house. He was respectful of the property. We received his report in less than 24 hours. It was comprehensive with lots of clearly marked photos and videos along with specific recommendations. We would highly recommend Jeff for a home inspection. We'll probably have him out to our home before we sell.

Jeff did a home inspection for us. we are thinking about selling our home.Jeff explained to us what needed to be done to get the most out of our home. he took his time & went thru the whole house, from the roof to the crawlspace. his price was very reasonable compared with other inspectors we looked at.he was friendly & answered all our questions. if we sell, we will recommend jeff to do the final inspection.
