"Cascade Inspections Northwest was only hired to oversee the contractor of her choice. The contractor (PMJ Plastering) had unprofessional crew and dragged the job on forever. Also contractor overcharged client excessively. My only job was to oversee the construction. If the contractor is doing a poor job, than our fees go up as there are more sight visits involved. My job was to represent the [Member Name Removed] interests. If I was not involved, I am sure there would have been multiple failures."
