replacement windows
+ -1 moreThey came out and measured the windows for my one story house. For eight windows he estimated between $11,000 and $12,000. When he had first come out I told him that I wasn't going to order anything that day but was curious as to what it would cost. I then asked how long the estimate would be honored for; he told me for one year. When he came out to do the estimate he told me that I must have misunderstood him for the time frame that he would only guarantee the estimate and that he'd only honor it for that day. I wasn't happy that he went back on what he told me. I felt that he blatantly lied to me. I felt that his estimate was inappropriate and that he was trying to take advantage of me.
Description of Work: I was at a home show which Assurety was at and signed up for a free drawing that they had. They then called to come out to provide an estimate for new windows.
