Aaron is personable, punctual, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job painting my rental house at a reasonable price. I rated him as good in two areas based on what I would expect from someone painting my personal residence not a rental. However, I also share some responsibility for the lower ratings. Quality: I expected that Aaron would remove existing caulk that was sloppy and bubbly. His bid stated he will caulk joints that have been cracked out, and he did do that. I should have examined the caulked joints and pointed out the problem areas before his bid. Professionalism: I requested that he use Home Depot paint rather than Sherwin Williams because Consumer Reports rated HD higher in durability and longevity. He usually uses SW but has done a few jobs using HD. When I was on the job site he commented way too many times on how much more difficult HD Satin paint is to apply. I will use him again, but I'll let him choose the proper paint for the job.
